Living Water International exists to demonstrate the love of God by helping communities acquire desperately needed clean water and to experience “living water”—the gospel of Jesus Christ—which alone satisfies the deepest thirst.
In 1990, Living Water set out to help the church in North America be the hands and feet of Jesus by serving the poorest of the poor. More than a billion people in the world live on less than a dollar a day. At least 844 million people lack access to basic drinking water service.
Big Brothers Big Sisters (BBBS) partners with parents/guardians, volunteers, and donors to provide children with strong and enduring, professionally supported one-to-one mentoring relationships that change their lives for the better, forever. We believe that inherent in every child is incredible potential. Our vision is that all children can achieve success in life.

“He predestined us for adoption to sonship through Jesus Christ…” – Ephesians 1:5
Did you know over 6,000 kids in the Houston foster system need a forever home? Did you also know that there are over 6,000 churches in the Houston area? Even though fostering or adopting a child isn’t for everyone… EVERYONE can do something.
What if we did something?
What if every church supported and helped a family? What if 6,000 families welcomed a new family member home? If you’ve put your faith in Christ, then you’ve already experienced the joy that comes from being adopted by your Heavenly Father. Now, as the hands and feet of Jesus Christ, we’re empowered and commissioned to demonstrate the same loving heart that God has for us by defending the fatherless and caring for the orphans.
Let’s not rest until every child has a home.
