Make dinner in 20 minutes or less! 

Supplies:  Tomato Wedges Chopped Purple Onions Chicken breast (Boneless skinless chicken 6oz) 

Seer the chicken breast in a pan with fresh garlic. Then add onions, tomatoes cook the chicken for 5 minutes. Chicken breast cooks quick & easy! The key to a moist chicken breast is to not over cook it. Goes well with a nice side salad or rice pilaf

Red Light…Green Light

Red light cameras will begin taking pictures today at three locations in Fort Bend County.

    They include Highway 59 at Highway 6, Highway 59 at Williams Trace and Highway 6 and Lexington. All of the cameras will be in place and ready for operation starting today. For the first month, those who run lights will only get a warning in the mail. But starting on December 5, those mailings will be actual tickets and will cost drivers $75 if caught.

General Mills on Thursday recalled about 5 million frozen pizzas sold nationwide under the Totino’s and Jeno’s labels because of possible E. coli contamination. The problem may have come from pepperoni on pizzas produced at a General Mills plant in

Ohio. The voluntary recall covers pizzas containing pepperoni that have been produced since July.

Supplies Needed:  Standard chicken breast (4 or 5 in a package) Hoogie Rolls (wheat or white), Tomatoes, Red & yellow green peppers, swiss cheese, and  lettuce. 

Chicken is best moist! Start with a sizzling pan season the chicken with salt & pepper. Seer the chicken. Roast your peppers in the oven (optional) Only cook the chicken for 8 to 10 minutes. Toast your hoggie roll in a separate pan with butter on the bread. Once the chicken is done, add it to the hoggie, and add some Swiss cheese. Also, add some tomatoes, lettuce, or any extra fixings.
