This is a sheet that you must always keep with you – and every time you think of something that will help the company be more efficient, be better with customers, improve products or services, increase sales or help the business out, record it.

 

Start to notice everything around you – with an eye for opportunities – positive ways to help your business. With every employee watching and inventing ways to add great value, your company will survive tough times and be great. This will be critical to keeping your job and advancing your career.
