Thanks for the reminder. We CAN have yummy treats we just need to learn to take control!
i suggest that as soon as you open a box you immediately portion out the cookies and put those portions in the freezer. it will preserve your cookies and keep you from backtracking into the kitchen for more.
but if you don’t think that the cookies being frozen will stop you… then maybe you should stay away from this trigger food and find something safer for you to eat.
