the Morning Show was at the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo to take part in the Celebrity Goat Milking contest Tuesday. There are 21 milkers competing. It didn’t go so well for our Morning Team. I took the first heat (Susan) and Jon was in the third heat…I should have waited. I was not sure how to get it done, and my goat kicked the bucket! Not that she died – she literally kicked the bucket and we lost half of the milk. Jon did better he actually got more than a bottle full of milk. But the big winner was Outlaw Dave…that guy and his goat nearly filled a bucket in a matter of minutes! He took home the trophy. But we had a blast and it was great fun to see all of the KSBJ fans in the crowd cheering us on. BTW, Thanks to Marsha’s Petting Zoo for providing us with our practice goat, Lady Bug. Looking foward to seeing this! While I have milked a goat before, it was along time ago. I all I really remember is that she kept stepping on my foot! Weat boots! and have fun. I’ll be in the stands today rooting for you!
