Catherine Kruppa, your nutritionist with The Houstonian gave us the first of our list of healthy foods that are under a dollar. eggs, potatoes, kale, and oats are the first foods. In coming weeks, Catherine is going to continue to give us more foods so we can not only eat healthy, but keep our budget healthy too.
