Christmas Cookie & Apple Cider Run
A short 3 mile run through the Woodland Heights official “Lights In The Heights” area with a
Cookie and apple cider social afterwards. Participants are encouraged to wear Christmas
lights and bring a dozen cookies to share. In Flight has the cider and the run covered.
One of Houston’s most spectacular Christmas lit areas acts as the festive backdrop.

Join In Flight Running for a 3-5 mile spin around Rice University and Hermann Park at 6:00
And hang around for a HUGE & POWERFUL seminar sharing final carbo loading and hydration
strategies. Your speakers will be two of Houston’s most knowledgable on sports nutrition
and hydration. Focus will be on how to properly carbo loading leading up to the race and
nutrition and hydration strategies to put into action while on the race course. At the end
we will have an Open forum Q & A session.

Join In Flight For one of our final taper long runs. Following the run In Flight Running Head Coach Michael Merlino goes through a final drill of what to expect, what to do and how toget the most out of your Houston marathon or half marathon experience. Other special guests will join Michael & Coach Duval for an open Q & A session following the seminar. Get into the “Marathon Mindset” 2 weeks before your big race day!
