Trouble Listening

If you are experiencing problems listening, please try the following solutions:

  1. If you cannot get the stream to play at all, first check your internet connection to make sure it is working (that you can browse other web sites). If you cannot browse other sites, you are experiencing a problem with your internet connection.
  2. If you have an internet connection and are still not able to play the stream, close the player and reopen.
  3. The desktop player requires a minimum version of Flash 10 to be installed. To check if Flash is installed on your computer, please click here and follow the steps on the page. To download Flash or the latest version, click here.
  4. The desktop player is compatible with the latest versions for Firefox, Chrome, and Safari and Internet Explorer 8+. If you are not able to play the stream, consider downloading the latest version of Chrome, which includes Flash by default.
  5. If you are still unable to play the stream after trying the above solutions, please contact webmaster@ksbj.org, and provide information about your operating system, browser, browser version, description of issue, and if possible, a screenshot.
