Thank you for sharing the reason for the season

The months of November and December are very special as we enter into a time of praise and thanksgiving leading to a celebration of the most precious gift we will ever receive: Jesus Christ! To those of us who are privileged to serve the Lord by working at KSBJ, we take great joy in bringing to you and our community examples of the true meaning of Christmas.

Your KSBJ Christmas tradition begins Thanksgiving Day when our music format transforms into the sounds of Christmas. For many, the songs and their message bring comfort and peace, and for others, opportunities to witness to friends and family who do know yet know our Savior.

In addition to the on-air music, ministry, and community outreach, each Christmas, the KSBJ Special Events team brings an event with a Christ-centered message, and this year is very special. The Story is a magical musical journey of the Bible from Genesis to Revelation and features many of our most cherished songs of Christmas. It is an honor and privilege to provide opportunities for you to worship!

For all of us who know Christ, Jesus truly IS the reason for the season. We who follow the Lord have been entrusted with a sacred trust to be light and salt to the world. We thank you for allowing KSBJ to be a part of your life and we thank you for walking with us as we strive to be a strong “Voice of Hope Connecting People to God.” Merry Christmas to you and yours!
