Pray for Oklahoma
At KSBJ, we’re praying for everyone that has been impacted by the tornadoes in Oklahoma. We know that God listens to those who cry out to Him, and we believe that prayer gives hope!
How should I pray?
For those who lost loved ones – that they don’t also lose hope (Hebrews 6:19)
For local churches who are reaching out to their immediate community (Matthew 25:34-36)
For those who don’t know Christ to make Him Lord and Savior of their lives in the midst of tragedy (Romans 10:13)
For local believers to cling to Christ in the midst of uncertainty – that He would be glorified and their faith would be strengthened (James 1:2-4)
For God to be glorified in this situation and for His strength and power to be displayed - that when temporary things are shaken, eternal things would be left standing (Hebrews 12:28-29, Exodus 9:13-16, Psalm 46:10)
To thank God in advance for accomplishing His purposes through times of suffering in our lives (Romans 8:28, Romans 8:18)
