Rachelle has been proud to call Houston home since her move from New York in 2014. She and Carder host the KSBJ morning show weekdays and enjoy laughing AND crying with you! She’s passionate about spreading the love of Christ and humbled to share Jesus and His music with you. When she’s not on-air, you can find Rachelle spending time with her husband (Sammy), their two boys (Sammy and Caleb), their spoiled Jack Russell terrier (Chrissy) and their pet corn snake (Michael Scott). Rachelle is an OU alum where she graduated with a degree in Theatre. It is on the air where she gets to scratch the itch for performance and, thanks to Carder, experiences “drama.” Her favorite scripture passage is Romans 8:38-39, “For I am convinced that neither death nor life, neither angels nor demons, neither the present nor the future, nor any powers, neither height nor depth, nor anything else in all creation, will be able to separate us from the love of God that is in Christ Jesus our Lord.”

Carder wakes up excited to encourage you and bring laughter to your morning! He was raised in northern Oklahoma and went to college in the Oklahoma City area. Carder worked at a couple of different stations before doing the morning show for NGEN Radio, KSBJ’s sister station. Carder’s favorite verse is Hebrews 4:15, “For we do not have a high priest who is unable to sympathize with our weaknesses, but one who in every respect has been tempted as we are, yet without sin.” Carder says, “The fact that Jesus actually came down and went through everything we did is incredible. When we suffer or struggle with something … he can relate!” Carder is married to a beautiful girl named Kelsey and has one “fur-baby” named Benson.

I needed that. I lost my job about two months ago and have felt so lost.

I lost my job in 2 weeks ago and I have so many things happening and I have been asking God what do I do. It's hard when in the physical world, I'm alone but i can't focus on what's happening around however, it's hard when I'm thinking what is going to happen when I still haven't found a job. My lease ends at the end of June they want me to transfer to another apartment unit but then I think what if I do move and I still haven't gotten a job. I'm trying to stay faithful. Please keep me in prayer.

I needed this too. I was furloughed 2 months ago and now no steady job. I do have a par time private practice but no clients per second yet. Still trusting God, though.

HEY.. THaNKS.. still keeping up and staying Positive! I miss you so much!

Praying for my next step. Brand new PNP looking for a job during a pandemic.

Thank you LORD 🙏 Amen

Amen and Amen 🙏
