Join a great cause helping young adults who do not have a family to support them. Every year, thousands of youth ages 18-22, age out of foster care without ever being adopted. They often do not have a driver’s license or a car and therefore cannot attend college or keep a job. Unfortunately, these former foster youth are left to survive on the streets which leads them to theft, gang membership, drug abuse and potentially jail.
Hope’s Path is a non-profit program that offers a safe home to support homeless foster youth to develop the life skills needed to become successful, independent, contributing members of society. We accomplish this with therapy to heal from their past traumas, drivers education, vehicle ownership program, as well as, education and career pathways. Residents are taught Christian values, budgeting skills, effective and positive communication, team building and accountability. We invest 2-4 years into each of the young adults we serve. Help us stop this epidemic of homeless youth while having fun and contributing to a great cause!
