Our desire as Christ followers is to grow in His grace and love. How can we continue exemplify this to others in and through the lives of our families--specifically our kids? Nicole Lockley is a mom of a college age kid and her other child is with Jesus. Her little boy was one of the children taken at Sandy Hook.
She desires that we create healthier and socially-aware communities in and outside of our homes and schools. She shares 5 tips to help us on this journey:
- Give our kids breathing space after school...
- Be an empathetic guide in their digital world...
- Build their confidence in social situations...
- Help them name their trusted adult...
- Create moments of Kindness through belonging...
She expounds on these concepts beautifully and I invite you to click on the link below to read more about how we can help create safer spaces for today and tomorrow!

When we prioritize emotional wellness, we create connection empathy, and safety in places where it's needed most. And that can change everything. --Nicole Lockley
